ASIMISMO, ESTE DOCUMENTO FORMA PARTE DE LOS INSTRUMENTOS DE PLANEACIÓN Y CONTROL QUE RESPALDAN LA TRANSPARENCIA, EFICIENCIA Y LEGALIDAD EN EL USO DE LOS RECURSOS PÚBLICOS ASIGNADOS AL PROGRAMA.",
