DE NO SER POSIBLE LA ENTREGA DEL SERVICIO POR MEDIO DE TRANSPORTE FIBRA ÓPTICA, SE PERMITA LA ENTREGA DEL SERVICIO POR UN MEDIO DIFERENTE TAL COMO COBRE O ENLACES DE RADIOFRECUENCIA EN BANDA LICENCIADA (FULL DÚPLEX).",
