"detailed": "SE SOLICITA EL SERVICIO DE UN PROFESIONAL (EMPRESA) ESPECIALIZADO EN ASESORÍA CONTABLE Y FISCAL, QUE DETERMINE LOS CÁLCULOS CORRECTOS DE LAS CUOTAS DEL IMSS DE CADA QUINCENA Y PERMITA QUE COBAEJ REALICE LAS RETENCIONES- DE FORMA ADECUADA A CADA TRABAJADOR, SERVICIO CONTRATADO POR HORAS, CON UN TOPE DE 540 HORAS DE SERVICIO EN UN CONTRATO DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS PROFESIONALES ABIERTO POR EL PERIODO COMPRENDIDO DEL 06 DE ENERO AL 31 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2023 (DOS MIL VEINTITRÉS), CONSIDERANDO:\n5.1 \tEL PROVEEDOR SE OBLIGA A PRESTAR SUS SERVICIOS PROFESIONALES CON EFICIENCIA Y OPORTUNIDAD PARA EL DEPARTAMENTO DE NÓMINAS, ADSCRITO AL COLEGIO DE BACHILLERES DEL ESTADO DE JALISCO EN LA FORMA SIGUIENTE:\nVINCULANDO LA NORMATIVIDAD VIGENTE PARA LLEVAR A CABO EL CÁLCULO DEL SALARIO BASE DE COTIZACIÓN Y DETERMINACIÓN DE CUOTAS DEL INSTITUTO MEXICANO DEL SEGURO SOCIAL (IMSS) DEL COBAEJ.\n5.2 \tEL PROVEEDOR DEBERÁ DETERMINAR EL SALARIO BASE DE COTIZACIÓN DE CADA UNO DE LOS TRABAJADORES QUE SE ENCUENTREN INSCRITOS ANTE EL IMSS PARA DAR CUMPLIMIENTO A LAS OBLIGACIONES DE LA LEY DEL SEGURO SOCIAL Y REGLAMENTOS QUE IMPONEN A COBAEJ.\n5.3 \tPARA EL CÁLCULO Y DETERMINACIÓN DEL SBC SE DESCARGAN LAS NÓMINAS DEL SISTEMA DE COBAEJ, MISMAS QUE SE TOMARÁN COMO BASE LA INFORMACIÓN BIMESTRAL DE LA NÓMINA Y REALIZAR LA CORRECTA DETERMINACIÓN DE SBC.\n5.4 \tUNA VEZ DETERMINADO EL SBC LOS NUEVOS SALARIOS SE REGISTRAN EN LOS SISTEMAS CORRESPONDIENTES DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE NÓMINAS, ASÍ COMO EN EL SUA, EMITIR EL ARCHIVO DE LA LÍNEA DE CAPTURA PARA EL PAGO DEL IMSS.\n5.5 \tCOMPLETADA LA DETERMINACIÓN DEL SBC SE PROCEDE CON LOS MOVIMIENTOS AFILIATORIOS SE PRESENTAN TODOS LOS AVISOS DE ALTA, BAJA, REINGRESOS Y MODIFICACIONES DE SALARIO, TANTO EN EL SISTEMA IDSE COMO EN EL SUA.\n5.6 \tSE PROGRAMARÁ UNA REUNIÓN CON EL PROVEEDOR ADJUDICADO PARA ESTABLECER LOS PROCESOS DE LA ENTREGA DE INFORMACIÓN Y DOCUMENTACIÓN QUE PERMITAN AGILIZAR LA REVISIÓN Y PROCESO CORRECTO DEL SERVICIO REQUERIDO, ASÍ COMO DETERMINAR LOS TI"
